ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE OFFICER (Code: ARO-0712)

• To record collections (both local and inter-company) and conduct proper follow up where necessary
• To prepare report on outstanding balances and reconciliation
• To prepare debit notes and credit notes properly and timely
• To assure that all accounting transactions are recorded according to Indonesia Accounting Principles and Company guidelines.
• To assure that necessary and complete documents of Accounts Receivable and sales related transactions are available.

• Minimum diploma degree in accounting
• At least 2 years experience in the same position (preferably from consumer goods industry).
• Knowledgeable about accounting standards and policy
• Independent, hard worker, good problem solving and communication skills
• Fluent in English speaking & writing
• Hands on with common computer applications (MS-Office) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or others)
